there was this very irrinoying customer who called yesterday! and i find her very funny. maybe thats the reason why i kept smiling to myself. hahaha! ricky, laijie and the manager noticed it and questioned me on why i'm like so happy for the whole day. the fact is, i dont dare to tell them the reason cos they might think i'm lame. then, i know they'll begin laughing at me. i so dont want to be a clown/joker or wadever. hahaha.

talking abt this very funny customer. i think she had this very serious problem of not being able to speak properly. she was mumbling to herself throughout. my poor ears have to keep forcing itself to hear and figure out what she had got to say. luckily, i was being patient. LOL! the main thing was, she told me she had bought a toy remote control car from isetan tampines. it was defective and in total, she went back for a total of 3times to get it changed. now, they refused to change for her since it reaches the max. of 3times. so, she was asking me if she could change it here. like DUH?! we're isetan too. same rules and regulations applied here! anyway, i proceed to ask her for the model number and brand. however, she kept mumbling and i gave up. instead, i asked if she had seen it at our store before. the answer she gave was "No"! isnt it funny? she didnt see it here and now, she's asking for exchange?! LOL! so, i told her we dont have the item here. maybe she could leave down her name and contact info. then, i will call her back after i've finished checking. however, she refused to give me her contact. oh well, so i asked her to call the next day. guessed what! she asked me if i'm working on friday. i simply answer her "no" and she asked me why. OMG! do i really have to tell you why?! my goodness, she must be some kidnappers or smth. hahaha! i got so fed up, i simply asked her to call back whenever she's free and hang up the phone. LOL!

the manager was beside me and she definitely knows that the customer pissed me off somehow. hahaha! i told her the funny story and she went laughing too! OMG! (: anyway, she will be checking with tampines soon to find out if theres really this case of exchange.well, it better be the truth! i really hope she aint a mad women or a kidnapper! LOL! =D

all in all, work was super tiring but i managed to survive. (: sean was working too. he took this while i'm enjoying my sotong balls. so ugly! hahaha! btw, he dare me to put this photo here and he'll treat me to sakae sushi soon! yayness! =)
